This totally me when I was being tutored for math and
could not seem to cut it for anything!!!
This is also me when I think I'm going to lose pictures or
document information on the computer!
YYYEEESSSS!!!! A new book! By the way, I
already finished it.
Life at the Kellums
I'm so sorry it's taken me so long. I have things on my heart
I want to share at times, but it's so detailed and long and I
don't want to start typing it all down then lose it again.
So, anyway. God has helped me. I have completed the classroom
part of my CNA program and am getting ready to start clinicals.
I have been doing my writing, and enjoying it so. Right now it is
easier to write stories than to write heartfelt messages. I try to do
that through my writing.
Helping with Ryan keeps us on our toes! He is three now. I usually
spend my days helping with him, sneaking in what time I can to
write more of my stories, and doing errands. Which, I really enjoy
driving and running errands.
We had an enjoyable Christmas Day together as a family. I'll try to
post those later. I enjoyed my gifts. Got four Beauty and the Beast
themed gifts, and five new books, including Dr. Lesslie's newest one!
This post won't all be in order.
More to come!

White Pellets
My night pictures almost never do it justice, but tonight
we were blessed with our very first snow of the season! It's
so pretty, especially as we sat around watching Christmas
movies and filling out Christmas cards. Can't believe
Christmas is only three days away.
It's awful that Christmas means sadness to some people
because of some loss in their lives, present of past. I hope
that somehow you can still find joy in the season of hope!

KINGDOM HEARTS III – D23 2017 Toy Story Trailer
YES!!! Toy Story will be in Kingdom Hearts 3! I am thrilled. We were wondering
what new worlds would be put in it, and I kept saying, "They have to put Toy Story
in there somewhere! If they don't, I am going to be very disappointed." You should've
seen me the day I found this! I squealed with delight so hard and practically
sprang out of my chair. I ran to Annah's room to tell her and she was
excited too. Looking forward to this game when it comes out. Can't wait
to see what will become of Aqua, Terra, and Ven!
BTW, I am planning a big blog update later this week on what's been going
on with us! I'm a writer, and sometimes I like to write deep things, but putting
it on the blog is so time-consuming. But then, just a bunch of random posts
feels blah. So, Lord willing, I will have a new blog update later this week!
Love, Rebecca

THE MAN WHO INVENTED CHRISTMAS | Official Trailer | In theaters November 22
I am so looking forward to this movie! Since watching Beauty and the
Beast, I've wanted to watch Dan Stevens in a new movie. But it's more than
that: he is portraying the great Charles Dickens. He is playing the role of a
writer. I watched the trailer, watched him trying to perfect his characters,
coming up with them, who they are, that terrible writer's block, being in
his element. When I watched the trailer, I'm like, "Yep. Oh, yes! I know how
that feels. I want to see this movie!!" I love, love, love writing. Can't wait.
I know that Charles Dickens is not the person who invented Christmas-in case
anyone should start any controversies about it-. And to be honest, A Christmas
Carol is not my favorite Christmas story. Every version I've watched has been
scary to me, even the old cartoon Mickey's Christmas Carol. But this is different.

Remember
Let's not forget what happened 16 years ago today. I remember it was
a beautiful, bright day exactly like this one. I was ten-years-old.
Thankfully, my family and I did not lose any friends or loved
ones that day, but countless others did. Be sure to take at least
a moment today to remember those who sacrificed their lives
in order to save others, those pulled together to offer comfort to
each other, those who lived to tell, and those endured tragic loss.
Remember 9/11, 2001.
