Two of my souvenirs from Branson. The blue heart is really a key chain. Yes, Dad took me to the Titanic Museum down there! |
I love love love your pink pig cupcakes. That really made my day. So glad you enjoyed the St Louis Philharmonic Orchestra. They have a superb organization. One of my favorite quotes about music is this:
ReplyDeleteNext to the Word of God, the noble art of music is the greatest treasure in the world.

I hope you have recovered from your cold bug. I've been sicker than a dog for nearly 2 weeks. Today's my birthday and I'm going to spend it watching HBO and coughing.
Keep up with your photography and cakes. You're doing well with both.
First, what a lovely photo of you all at the symphony! Love your handbag! And second, I love that princess cake -- so fancy and fun! I would have hard time cutting into that one just because it's so pretty. Thanks for sharing your photos!
ReplyDeleteI love the princess cake too, the Lord has given you ladies a wonderful gift, to be able to make such gorgeous creations, it certainly does look too good to eat! Is that real snow in your beautiful photo or a special effect? It looks so Christmassy! I wish I had your talents! Wishing you all lots more lovely days out this summer. Love from Ruby in England xxx
ReplyDeleteThat totally wasn't me, it's a special effect. Last year near Christmas, when I was uploading pictures of our tree and snow, the program gave me a choice to either put on just the plain picture or with a snowing or sparkling effect! I
ReplyDeletechose the special effects, and it turned out neat.
Yeah, the snow really is a neat effect. It's great to see new pics on your blog. The pink pig party theme is something my sister would have loved when she was young. She's in her forties now; maybe she would still enjoy it. She does have a birthday coming up. Hmmm...
DeleteYou all look so elegant in the photo where you're going to hear the St. Louis Philharmonic Orchestra. I'm glad you had the opportunity to do that.
Take care and have a blessed summer!
