3/4 C. oil
4 eggs
1 C. buttermilk
1 T. sugar
4 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 C. brown sugar
Mix together first five ingredients and beat until well blended. Pour half of
batter in 9x13'' pan. Spoon on brown sugar-cinnamon mixture. Pour other
half of batter over this. Swirl lightly with a knife. Bake at 350 degrees F for
30 minutes.
Glaze:
2 T. milk
1 C. powdered sugar
Punch holes in hot cake with fork. Pour on glaze. For a really moist cake, make
double glaze.

ReplyDeleteWow, that cake looks delicious! If I can find somewhere that sells buttermilk around here, and convert the cup measurements to fluid ounces/millilitres (which is what we use in England), then I'm going to try making this! Just one question...what weight is the packet of cake mix? Thanks!

Sorry; we use Hodgson Mill brand for the gluten free.
Delete15oz or 425g.
The yellow cake mix ( regular ) is 18.25oz or 517g.
