BBQ and Snow

January 1st was our 2nd Annual New Year's Day BBQ. Our company
was very, very small this time with one of our elders and his wife and one
of the families from our church. We live kind of far out from where we
attend church, and we were expecting rough weather that day. Also
many people had traveling family coming over to their houses. Anyway,
The group was small, but we still had a good time and we were able to talk
with everyone that way. Our house wasn't overwhelmed with many people
so it was a little easier.

Then we got some snow, and this week we had a big snowfall with freezing
temperatures!! Brr! It's been cold! But the snow's so pretty.

Cookies for the BBQ  The pink frosting is cotton candy flavored.

Beautiful snow

The snow was also deep.

Chloe the snow dog

The cold air makes her frisky.
