That's very exciting! What will you do next? Further education, job, what do you plan? My son is 16 and already taking classes at our local community college in the evening to plan his future (thankfully he's not interested in dating -- that would be a huge distraction!). Congratulations!
Thank you. I'm hoping to find an affordable training program nearby so that I can become a certified nurses' assistant. I'm hoping that if and when I do get the job, that it can be part time so that I can still spend time at home.
Congratulations! What a wonderful Christmas Present to yourself! Assisted-living facilities are always looking for caregivers. It's not a job for everyone and you can save up your money to go to school for nursing. I know someone who did that.
