but a picture of my mind when I run into an algebra
problem that I can't seem to comprehend and no
matter how hard I try, my brain freezes and I
get all stirred up!
I managed to get through algebra on a wing and a prayer. I didn't take geometry though when I was in college it was part of my educators' math class. I find now that I use multiplication and division as well as finding percentages much more. When I'm grading I try to grade on a curve to give everyone a chance, but it doesn't always work out. Math is important, keeping your check book up to date, checking bills, but algebra didn't do much for me. 45 yrs after high school I still cringe when I think of it.
